About me

Born in 1987 in Hohenlohe Laendle, Germany, my early years were spent among the nearby pastures, meadows and forests of Hohenlohe Laendle,  where my love for nature began and still exists to this today.

 

Buying my first camera at about ten years It was a small, analog rectangular box, which had a dial on the side to advance the film after each picture.

 

My interest in cameras started slowly at first, using the 'box' for family gatherings and snapshots of my wide-ranging interests. This changed rather quickly as I received an old analog slr from my parents with which I could explore the beauty of macro shooting. Since then, I have never traveled without a camera and my passion for photography was born.

 

Now I own a canon 400D and recently purchased a 5D mark lll, because as a camera operator I missed the function of recording on my first digital camera. The necessary film accessories still await. With these two cameras I took the pictures, which you now see on my website.

 

The videos were created using the Sony Z7 and were taken during my working time as a camera operator.

 

My other hobbies are geo-caching, a sophisticated scavenger hunt using clues and modern technology, which allows me to become familiar with my environment, landscape and hidden locations. In addition, my images are not only created solely with electronic devices, I also enjoy grabbing a pencil and sketching fantasy characters or painting interior designs in my apartment.
